Will Voting Be a Thing of the Past
Will voting be a thing of the past
At a MAGA rally before the election Trump made 2 statements that turned my head and I, in disbelief, had to start the video over and listen to it several times to make sure my head was screwed on right. As a lead off, he said very quickly “I'm not a Christian, but I love all you beautiful people” and quickly went on into the next sentence not waiting for any comments from the delirious crowd. The next sentence is not important but what was important was the crowd barely noticed what he said and continued to chant and yell MAGA things. All this lack of acknowledgment of what he said from a group of people that swears he is the Messiah while never stepping foot inside a church. I thought to myself, he just lost the election because he just violated the trust of the religious right. I wasn't sure if the reason was their state of euphoria or they were drunk or high. I patiently waited all the way up to election day to catch any news of the backlash for his remark, but none surfaced that I was aware of. As a note, Trump according to media and Trump insiders, had converted to Judaism almost 2 years previous even though I never heard a thing about it.
It was another statement Trump made whether it was at the previously mentioned rally or another that really scared me. Keep in mind, I have NOT read project 2025 and clarification of what he said may be in there. Also, I couldn't locate the video of the rally so I could accurately quote him. He made the statement you're not going to have to worry about voting again because we're going to fix all that. Notice I didn't put quotation marks on that sentence.
From that day on, I wondered exactly what was he hinting at? Every time voting issues came up, I went back to that statement and at first, I said there's no way the GOP could do away with voting rights as a whole. Even the SCOTUS would never let that happen, right? Like I said, I have not read Project 2025 but some posts hinted that the project will enable Trump to remain in office indefinitely. All this bothered me so I tried to figure out how could all this happen. From here on in this piece, is my speculation only so don't go calling your paid for by AIPAC Congress person and going into a rant. If you did, it would go no where anyway. I figured out he, they, the GOP would have to enact a law whereby he could retain the office of POTUS unquestioned. To fully understand this theory, I need you to have a full understanding of events to date.
All the rancid exec orders Trump will crank out will be just the start of how they will accomplish this unimaginable feat. All the new bills and laws the newly acquired majority Congress will pass will add to the ire of the American public including the ones on the right when he takes away Medicaid from their relatives, and other laws toxic to their lifestyle. I'm not sure exactly what will be the breaking point of the populace but Trump and company will keep grinding away at their tolerance till we have riots in the streets, death threats on politicians and “public unrest” and that's their goal. They will need to attain a certain level of resistance to enact a law that will state (figuratively) if the population is at a level of danger to “Democracy” and in the best interest of the nation, elections will be postponed till further notice. Congress has deemed in times of civil unrest, it would be “counter stabilizing” to have elections at this time. Sounds crazy huh? Well, Trump and company will, before the next election make sure the country is in such a state of unrest and keep it that way so there will be no elections. They will site riots and public demonstrations as justification for enacting the law to forgo elections. This is what I have arrived at to warrant the passing of such radical laws that will eliminate our voice. Keep in mind, Trump has openly stated “I will use the military if I have to to keep order” so this strategy will do to keep things just below the stage of “the coming revolution”. They will not pass and enact the law prohibiting voting until close to the election for fear of major nation wide unrest.
Think not, think again, this time with your eyes open.
Peace to all living things
